This exhibition has been prepared at the request of the Newlyn Pier Harbour Commissioners to show the options they have considered for the replacement fish market together with their current preferred option - Option A.

The Commissioners have also asked for the location of processing and other facilities, carparking, retail, cafe etc be explored in line with each option. A final decision has not been taken and will not be able to be taken until funding has been secured. This in itself is likely to generate changes before a final decision can be taken. With regard to timing, one of the panel illustrates a sequence that might be followed, however the sequence and the mix of other facilities is also dependant on funding and other considerations such as market forces.
